Sam Znetyniak
Sam has had a passion for exercise from a young age where she was involved with swimming and gymnastics club’s and regularly took part in competitions up until her early teens. Nowaday’s Sam loves to weight train and attend Body Pump classes and since having completed the London Marathon in 2005 she has the running bug and regularly participates in 10k and half marathon’s in Singapore and completed her first sprint Triathlon in 2008.
Back in 1999 and due to her interest in fitness Sam decided to take her N/SVQ in Exercise and Fitness level 2 with YMCA Fit in the UK and went on to teaching aerobic classes in addition to her main career which has always been in the corporate world of Finance and IT.
In 2005 Sam left the UK for Tokyo for her partner’s career, and then relocated to Singapore in 2006. It was this change in her life and the encouragement and support of her husband that inspired her to finally pursue a career that she knew she would love, in the health and fitness industry.
Sam went on to gain her Certificate III in Fitness (SRF30206) with Australian Fitness Network, Adult First Aid and is well on the way to gaining Certificate IV in Fitness (SRF40206).
Having been attending Body Temple for mentoring during her course, Sam is very excited to now be part of the team and can’t wait to start training and helping other women achieve their goals.
