Diana Lim

Sport has always been Diana's lifeblood, and she nurtures true passion for fitness and wellness. She is a NSCA-CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), a Les Mills certified group exercise instructor, as well as a certified yoga instructor. In recent years, Diana has also furthered her education in rehabilitation training, certifying herself in mediball, functional and corrective exercise training. These qualifications are testimony to the all-rounded approach that Diana takes towards making health and fitness a natural part of life.

Diana enjoys endurance sports like marathons, biathlons and triathlons. Her motivation to participate stems from the process of preparing for the race - the physical challenge of months of training, as well as the huge amount of determination and personal commitment. Each race stretches her own physical limitations, enables her to learn more about herself, and every time she completes a race, there is a quiet sense of personal achievement.

Diana has devoted her last 3 years to being a personal trainer in Singapore, and teaches at the School of Sports, Health and Leisure of a local polytechnic, where students undertake their Diploma in Sports and Sports Exercise Sciences. She brings sincere enthusiasm for exercise, and seeks to provide her clients with the encouragement and motivation they need to achieve their personal fitness objectives. It is her personal mission to imbue her clients with a lifelong positive approach towards health & fitness.
