Christine Hall was the biggest she had ever been following the birth of her second child. She joined Body Temple knowing that it would be a lot of hard work to lose the weight and she knew she needed some help.

Under the watchful eye of Body Temple trainer Debbie, Christine says her biggest success is loosing 13 kg and 10% of body fat.  Additionally, her back and arms are now very toned and so Christine is particularly proud of them now!

Christine’s tips for other women: It is a slow process so don’t give up, the weight will come off if you persist.  I nearly gave up training after the first 4 weeks as I was quite disillusioned with how slowing I was losing weight.  I clearly had unrealistic expectations and it wasn’t until about 8/9 weeks or so until the weight really starting shifting and people started noticing.  Since then it has been slow but steady progress and I even managed to lose weight over a 2 week holiday when I was not being at all careful about what I ate or drank.

Additional info:  Although I have had spurts of going to the gym during my life, I had not done any proper exercise since a viral illness in April 2005 and so I wasn’t sure how easy it was going to be to incorporate exercise back into my life again. I found however that I have been able to fit in the required exercise fairly easily into my weekly schedule (3 20/30 minute cardio sessions and 2 resistance sessions).  I actually enjoy my sessions with Debbie who has been a fantastic support and is always very positive and motivating. I’m very grateful to her for helping me to achieve the body I have always wanted!
