Body Temple is well known for its fully customised, one-on-one personal training programs for women. Our personal training programs are carried out under the caring guidance and supervision of a certified personal trainer who is dedicated to you for the duration of your training program.

We also have trainers who specialise in addressing specific areas of concerns of women:

Body Temple understands that special care is needed at this wonderful time in a woman’s life. Our senior team members (also mothers themselves) are highly experienced in assisting clients maintain good fitness and general wellbeing, which can have immeasurable flow-on effects for a healthy pregnancy, labour and recovery.

At Body Temple we know how difficult and frustrating returning to our previous activities can be after an injury. Our team of professionally qualified trainers are here to assist you back on the road to recovery and beyond. Many of our trainers hold additional certifications in fields such as physiotherapy and massage. We pride ourselves on our ability to completely customise programs for our clients, making us particularly effective in assisting clients overcome injuries in a safe and caring environment.

Body Temple provides women with a safe, nurturing and encouraging environment to get started. We train many clients looking to achieve significant weight loss and/or other lifestyle changes. Our trainers are kind, patient and nurturing and have wonderful track records in assisting women to discover the joy of looking after themselves and see real results, not only physically but also in the flow-on effect this has to other areas of life.

What to expect

Before commencing any program with Body Temple, all clients will complete an Initial Assessment with their chosen trainer. This assessment is crucial for us to be able to assess your current state of well-being, set goals, discuss crucial aspects of nutrition and to monitor your movement patterns so that we can ensure your results occur in the fastest and safest way for you.

All personal training sessions are 1 hour, except the initial assessment which is 1.5 hours for regular personal training and 45 minutes for pilates. Duo Training Packages allow two clients to train together with one trainer, but require each participant to complete an individual assessment prior to commencing the Duo Training sessions.
