Body Blitz Challenge

For: Women who want to lose weight, get fit and learn how to eat right!
Date: Every Tuesday - 17 January to 28 March 2017, 1-2.30pm
Price: $650 (runs for 10 weeks, 1.5hrs/week)

The Body Blitz Challenge is a 10 week group support program for women who feel they need some extra motivation and guidance on adopting a healthier lifestyle and losing weight. The program offers invaluable nutritional advice, a weekly 30 minute workout and great prizes!

As part of the Body Blitz Challenge, you will receive:

  • Expert advice on nutrition, weight loss
  • Healthy recipes and snack ideas
  • Advice on planning meals and shopping
  • Tips for dining out, alcohol and holidays
  • Insight into how to balance it all: juggling exercising, working and raising kids
  • Weekly workouts, including high intensity interval training, pilates, boxing and kettle bell training
