A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Each Boxing Bootcamp session is be different, and participants are pushed harder than they'd push themselves! We will keep you guessing and challenge you in different areas each week. Although your instructors may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. Rest assured you'll have lots of fun – but please be prepared for some high intensity training!
Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.
We invite women to discover their inner Wonder Woman! In this class, it's all about working the core muscles - our four layers of abs, the butt and the lats. As these foundational muscles get stronger, all other exercises will improve.
We currently run two running groups, catering for different skill levels, from those who do not consider themselves a “runner” but would like to, to those who are already running 2-3 times a week, to those training for a big event. The Running Group is great for those who are looking for the motivation that comes with running with a group of like-minded women. Our trainers are a great source of advice and inspiration, and will assist with correct running posture, varying your training (intervals, tempo, hills), intensity and advice on different types of strength and circuit training to benefit your running.
