Weekly Classes

Body Temple offers a range of daily group classes for clients to maintain a regular work out, have fun and keep their exercise programs varied. We keep our classes small so we can continue to give close attention to our clients but in a more cost-effective way. Group classes are also a great way to network and meet like-minded women in a supportive and fun atmosphere!

Our Group Fitness Classes

A boxing-inspired, interval training program: think calisthenics & body weight exercises with boxing gloves. Lots of punching and loads of sweat!

This class builds on TEMPLE PUNCH but combined it with a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) circuit workout element. A challenging class that achieves great results!

HIIT (or High Intensity Interval Training) is a 45-minute program focusing on short, intense bursts of effort followed by quick recovery periods. Guaranteed to drive your heart rate up and burn fats in no time!

This running group is suited to women of all fitness levels. Meeting twice weekly (Monday & Thursday), it is great for those seeking advice on running techniques or simply motivation in the company of other runners!

This evening yoga class focuses on mindfulness, breathing, and stretching based on the methods of Ashtanga yoga. Women of all fitness and agility levels are welcomed!

This class incorporates kettlebells, battling ropes, medicine balls, tyre flips, and box jumps - and is designed for strength and conditioning, as well as building endurance. Perfect for those training for Spartan, Tough Mudder, or other obstacle race events.

Temple Flow is a total body stretching workout designed to improve flexibility and enhance a greater range of movement. Pilates inspired, you can expect to strengthen your abdominal and glute (your butt!) muscles in this 45-minute class.

Temple Flow

A strength training circuit program based on the use of weights and functional training equipment (medicine ball, dumbbell, kettlebell, etc.) combined with a short HIIT-inspired cardio workout at the end. An all-rounded program for all attendees!
